Hello families!
Wow this year is going by so fast! We are again planning on providing a staff appreciation luncheon for the Middle School and need your help! We are looking for any help you can give, time, food, finances, prize donations are a huge hit with the staff!
The date is June 25, 2025 the luncheon will start at 12:00.
We will need volunteers to help set up, serve and clean up.
Set up will begin immediately after dismissal at 10:30 in the cafeteria.
I have created a sign up for volunteers and have linked below an option for financial contributions.
You can send cash/check(Made out to Ballston Spa Middle School PTA)/prize gift card donations to the school and address them to Aimee Carper. If you have any questions please email bspamiddleschoolpta2@gmail.com

Hello families! We hope you had an amazing spring break! We have our Spring Book Fair coming up and we need your help! If you are able to volunteer to work our book Fair we would greatly appreciate it!
I am attaching the link to volunteer below. Please know I won't know when your child is going until we have our volunteer schedule set because we can't have teachers sign up until we know the volunteer schedule.

Hello families!
The time has finally come to pick up all of your fundraiser orders. Next Tuesday, November 12 from 4:30-8:30 will be when we will be distributing all of the orders at the middle school in the hallway by the gym.
Please note that this will be the ONLY time to pick up. We have no freezer space to hold frozen items so items will have to be picked up then.
